Description

The project included construction of seven light industrial tenancy warehouses each with a floor area of 250 square metres, 50 square metres mezzanine floor level and industrial sized roller doors.

The light industrial warehouse is comprised of concrete tilt panels, fire rated partition walls and long-run metal roofing. The appearance of the building is like many of today’s warehouses with textured coated concrete, feature colourbond façade detailing and glazed windows and shop door.

Metcalfe Constructions also completed 600 square metres of external concrete carparking.
