Description

In addition to Nissan showroom and car yard Metcalfe Constructions was engaged to construct the new Kia / Great Wall Showroom.

The KIA / Great Wall showroom is an open plan new display building with public amenities and an operable wall that divides the car dealers from each other when needed.

Metcalfe Construction installed 2500m2 of new colour concrete pavement with 3 large shade sails covering approximately 50% of the car yard. This has provided potential clients and the new cars with protection from sun and the heat.

The project was completed within schedule and budget and met client and customers expectations.
