Description

An 420m2 expansion to existing property to accomodate three additional warehouses presented a few challenges that were overcome with consultation to engineers.

Extermely poor ground conditions with uncontrolled fill on the site and the structure being built close to an existing retaining wall, needed the project engineer Cardno to design a slab footing using bored piers.

Built for light industrial or warehousing. The warehouses are constructed using lightweight metal and clad with corrugated iron.

A new concrete carpark was designed and constructed to allow for disabled complaint access to all shops.
