Metcalfe Constructions were responsible for the fit out of an existing complex that required extensive services requirements and articulation.

Construction consisted of completely building general x-ray rooms, gantry scanning room, CT scanning room, ultra sound room, control room, consultation and reception area, new joinery in all areas, installing all services including data and communications and security.

The project team was consistently challenged to overcome both services and structural issues with the building being three pre-existing shops.

Refurbishment was a challenging mix of technical fit out and construction work, due to the design and positioning of imaging equipment.

The project was completed within schedule and budget and met the client expectations in all respects.
