This home in Craignish was built on a half-acre allotment over viewing a local golf course. Brad continues, "It was a rewarding challenge to come up with a design that best utilised the sloping lot, the outlook over the golf course and provided great street appeal."

The design incorporated an open plan family area with soft flowing earthy tones providing a perfect backdrop for bold feature walls through out the home.

Built for entertaining, the 60 square metre timber deck optimises the outlook over the lush greens and the result is truly stunning. There are four bedrooms, a study, family room, guest lounge room, media room, with the master bedroom positioned at the rear to enjoy the fairway views as well as the usual suspects of double lock up garage.

The architectural and contemporary façade of rendered brick and stained feature timber compliments the ever-changing streetscapes of Craignish.
